Restaurant Ware comes in Crystal, White and Jade-ite. Restaurant Ware was most used at United States Military Bases….perhaps the Jade-ite green was considered a fitting color for the troops. It was also popular all over America , but prices of Restaurant Ware especially for rare or hard to find pieces will always remain high. White is in just as much demand as Jade-ite.
